Description	SFTS virus Gn Protein (Human/China/HB29/2010), His Tag (GNN-S52H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Asp 20 - Lys 452 (Accession # F1BA47-1). Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) is an emerging viral hemorrhagic fever (VHF) endemic to China, South Korea, Japan, and Vietnam. Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) is an infectious disease with a high fatality rate, caused by SFTS virus (SFTSV). To our knowledge, no efficient SFTSV vaccine exists. This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 49.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
